About the role
You will own the agent layer: how Alexia plans, delegates to division directors, and calls specialists, all in native TypeScript, with approval gates on high-risk actions. Reliability and transparency are the product.
What you’ll do
- Design the orchestration graph, planning, delegation, tool calls, approvals
- Make agent runs observable, debuggable, and cheap
- Tune the model cascade for cost and quality
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years backend engineering, strong in TypeScript
- Hands-on with LLM tool-use / function-calling in production
- A bias for evaluation, guardrails, and determinism
