About the role
You will own product design across the OS, from the marketing calendar to agent approvals, holding a very high bar for clarity, motion, and craft. You will work directly with engineering and ship your designs.
What you’ll do
- Design core surfaces from concept to shipped pixels
- Own the motion + interaction language alongside the design system
- Prototype quickly and validate with real operators
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in product design for complex software
- A portfolio that shows taste, systems thinking, and craft
- Fluency in Figma and comfort reading/working near code
Nice to have
- Motion / prototyping (Rive, GSAP, code)
