About the role
You will own onboarding and ongoing success for our first cohort of brands, turning them into power users and the loudest reference customers, while feeding the product team the truth from the field.
What you’ll do
- Onboard new brands and drive activation across divisions
- Build the playbooks, docs, and rituals of a great CS function
- Be the voice of the customer in product planning
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years in customer success or account management for SaaS
- Technical enough to configure connectors and agents
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
