Each morning Alexia compiles a briefing so you start the day with judgement, not triage. It is the single read that tells you what changed overnight and what deserves a decision today.

Anatomy of the briefing

• A Watch, what to keep an eye on before it becomes a problem.
• An Opportunity, a move worth making now, with the work drafted.

From read to done

Each item carries the action an agent already drafted in response, so a briefing is not a list of things to go figure out, it is a short stack of decisions. You read, you approve what’s right, and the divisions execute.

Always current

The briefing reflects the live state of shared memory. Approve a scale-up at 9am and the rest of the day’s reads account for it, the picture stays coherent as you act.
