Workspaces & roles

A workspace is your brand’s home in Atlas. Invite teammates, assign roles, and control who can view data and who can approve decisions, so autonomy is delegated deliberately, never by accident.

Roles

• Owner, full control, including billing and workspace settings.
• Admin, manage connectors, members, and configuration.
• Member, work in the divisions and submit decisions.
• Viewer, read access to data and reporting, no approvals.

Who can approve

Approval rights are explicit. The ability to commit the brand to spending money or sending messages belongs to the roles you grant it to, so the decision queue stays in the right hands.

Inviting your team

Add teammates from Settings → Team, assign a role, and they join the same shared memory and calendar. Everyone works from one source of truth, with permissions that match their responsibility.
